Please be aware that all SCVRMA members are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and we are taking appropriate steps to help keep our guests, staff and community safe. This page will be updated frequently, but be aware that the situation is fluid. As of December 8, 2020, Lee County public beaches are open. All restaurants are open for your enjoyment. Mask are required until seated. The City encourages social distancing at all times and to limit groups to 10 or less. Mask are required when going into a place of business, however not when on the beach, by the pool or outside, just as long as appropriate social distances is being exercised. This can change from day to day at the discretion of the appropriate authorities. As of December 7, 2020, there have been 93 confirmed cases of Coronavirus on the Island. We want the traveling public to remain vigilant, and to continue taking protective actions concurrent with the most up-to-date advisories. Depending on your unique circumstances, you may choose to delay or cancel your plans, and if you do decide to travel, be sure to take steps to help prevent getting and spreading COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases during travel.
